Allow for expenses paid to other providers, outside the agreed Lakbyte service fee.

Inquiry Review and Quote
We’ll review your submission and follow up if more information is needed. If we can support the move, we’ll send the proposed service scope, fee and separate costs for your review.
Complete Onboarding
Once you accept the proposal, we’ll guide you through onboarding and collect the information needed to begin the service.
Consultation and Preparation
After onboarding, you’ll have a consultation with the Lakbyte team to discuss your pet’s move and preparation plan. We’ll guide you through the documents and next steps, and arrange veterinary visits, during which you'll speak directly with the vet.
Prepare for Departure and Arrival
Bring the travel arrangements and document pack together, with guidance on the steps ahead.

What if my pet is a snub-nosed breed?
Include the breed, weight and intended dates in your inquiry form. The team will review airline considerations for your proposed journey before a travel plan is confirmed.
Are veterinary fees and flights included?
These are separate costs to plan for. Your service proposal will explain Lakbyte’s fee and which expenses you pay directly to other providers.
