Payment and Pricing FAQ

  • 1. What payment methods do you accept?

    We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including:

    • Online Payments: Wise, Payoneer, Interac, etc.
    • Bank Transfers: UnionBank of the Philippines, ACH Transfers, as well as bank transfers in USD, AUD, CAD, GBP.
    • Cryptocurrency: USDT or USDC.
    • Cash: Where applicable.

  • 2. Can I pay in installments?

    Yes, we offer flexible payment plans based on the timing of your application:

    • More than 2 months after engagement: You can pay in up to three (3) installments.
    • 1 month after engagement: You can pay in two (2) installments.
    • Less than 1 month (rush application): Payment must be made in full due to the expedited nature of the service.
    Each installment is due monthly, one month apart from the previous payment starting from the date of your initial payment.

  • 3. What currencies do you accept for international clients?

    We accept payments in PHP, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, SGD, and many other major currencies. Currency conversion fees will be calculated based on the Google exchange rate into EUR at the time of payment.

  • 4. Do you require an initial payment?

    Yes, we require an initial payment upfront to secure your booking. The exact amount will depend on the service being provided and will be outlined in the email quote you receive.
    This upfront payment ensures that your slot is reserved, and work can begin as scheduled.

  • 5. Are payments refundable?

    Our refund policy varies depending on the service provided. In most cases, deposits or prepayments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

  • 6. Can I upgrade my package after purchasing?

    Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. Simply contact our team, and we'll adjust your service package and provide you with a new invoice reflecting the difference in cost. Please note that package downgrades are not permitted after purchase.

  • 7. What is included in the "Minimal Personal Appearance" service in the Premium Plus Package?

    The "Minimal Personal Appearance" service means that we handle as much of the application process as possible on your behalf, reducing the need for you to appear in person at various appointments and government agencies. However, there are still some mandatory appearances, such as biometric data collection and medical appointments, that cannot be avoided. We will work with you to minimize your time and effort wherever possible.

  • 8. Are translations included in the Standard Package?

    No, translations are not included in the Standard Package. However, translations are part of the Standard Plus and Premium Plus Packages. In these packages, all necessary document translations for you, your family, and the documents for one client are handled by a sworn and accredited translator to ensure they are accepted by Spanish authorities.

  • 9. How long does the visa application process take?

    The timeline can vary depending on your specific situation and the processing times at your local consulate. While we strive to streamline the process and provide timely assistance, government procedures may cause delays.

    • Fastest Turnaround: From the time we are hired to application submission, our fastest turnaround time is one week
    • Fastest Approval: The quickest approval we have achieved is 9 working days.
    • Average Timeline: If applying in Spain, expect approximately 20 working days for processing. If applying through a consulate, approval typically takes around 2-3 weeks.
    • Document Collection: For most applicants, gathering necessary documents takes around 1-2 months.
    We recommend starting the process as early as possible to accommodate potential delays.
