Be a Remote Worker
The key requirement is that your work can be performed remotely. Depending on your arrangement, the route may apply to an employee, freelancer, or self-employed professional working online for a qualifying company or client.

Prepare Your Documents
Gather the documents required for your application and check each document’s current validity period. Documents may need an apostille or legalization and a Spanish translation by an authorized sworn translator.
Identity Number
A Foreign Identity Number (NIE), when required for the route or place of filing.
Criminal Records
An NBI clearance and equivalent certificates from relevant countries of prior residence, subject to current look-back and validity rules.
Qualifications
A relevant degree or letters and records showing at least three years of related professional experience.
Medical Certificate
A certificate from an eligible clinic or hospital when required by the application route.
Civil-Status Records
Birth, marriage, and other applicable civil records when qualifying family members are included.

For Remote Employees
Remote employees should be ready to document both the employment relationship and permission to perform the work from Spain.

For Remote Freelancers
Freelancers should be ready to document their client relationships, earnings, and ability to provide services remotely from Spain.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans based on the timing of your application:
More than 2 months after engagement: You can pay in up to three installments.
1 month after engagement: You can pay in two installments.
Less than 1 month (rush application): Payment must be made in full due to the expedited nature of the service.
Each installment is due monthly, one month after the previous payment, starting from the date of your initial payment.
3. What currencies do you accept for international clients?
We accept payments in PHP, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, SGD, and many other major currencies. Currency conversion fees are calculated using the Google exchange rate into EUR at the time of payment.

4. Do you require an initial payment?
Yes, we require an initial payment upfront to secure your booking. The exact amount depends on the service being provided and will be outlined in the email quote you receive.
This upfront payment reserves your slot so work can begin as scheduled.
5. Are payments refundable?
Our refund policy varies depending on the service provided. In most cases, deposits or prepayments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
6. Can I upgrade my package after purchasing?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package at any time. Contact our team, and we will adjust your service package and issue a new invoice reflecting the difference in cost. Package downgrades are not permitted after purchase.
7. Are translations included in the Basic Package?
No. Translations are charged separately under the Basic Package. The Plus Package includes English-to-Spanish translations for one client, subject to the translation scope and limits in the signed service agreement.
8. How long does the visa application process take?
The timeline varies depending on your circumstances and the processing times of the relevant authority. Government procedures may cause delays.
