Frequently asked questions
Is this service only for Filipino applicants?
No. Lakbyte’s Spanish citizenship service is available to applicants of different nationalities who may qualify through residence in Spain. The required residence period varies by nationality and individual circumstances. For some nationalities, the qualifying period may be shorter, while the general residence requirement is 10 years.
When can I apply?
You must complete the residence period that applies to your circumstances. Nationals of origin of the Philippines may be eligible after two years of qualifying residence. Other applicants may be subject to a different period.
Residence must generally be legal, continuous, and immediately before applying. Absences are reviewed as part of your complete residence history.
Do I need to complete the CCSE or DELE requirements?
The language and integration evidence required depends on your circumstances and any applicable exemption or dispensation. Your document list will identify the evidence relevant to your application. Examination fees and preparation are not included unless expressly stated.
Are sworn translations included?
Lakbyte can coordinate with sworn translators when translations are required. The translation work is charged separately at €30 per page. Final cost depends on the documents involved.
Does the package guarantee approval or a decision date?
