We applied as a contractor to her LLC in Florida and helped them with their FBI checks and their apostille. We likewise directed them to local service providers for their Florida documents. We structured and fixed the contract, the remote work letter, CV, invoices and other documents required for the application to make it clear how much the applicant was being paid as they weren’t being paid on a fixed monthly retainer.
